View Packages a Member Holds
Use this to see what a member currently holds — package name, remaining sessions, and expiry — for example Olivia Bennett with ELITE still valid.
This is the member’s copy of the offer, not the catalogue.
Where to Look
Open People → Clients, then open View Profile.
The Clients list does not include a packages column. Client Detail in the current screenshot shows contact details, groups, and status only.

There is no screenshot of packages on a member. This guide does not list the exact fields, statuses, or layout.
What You Should Look For
The help topic plan asks you to see:
- Which packages the member currently holds
- How many sessions remain
- When a package expires
When that screen is available, use the labels Fitnez Studio shows. Do not assume names from the catalogue until they appear on the member.
