Pending Approvals on the Dashboard

The help topic plan mentions an Action Center for tasks that need attention. That name is not a sidebar item on the current screenshots.

What is confirmed:

  • Dashboard → Needs attention → Pending approvals (a count of requests waiting)
  • Approvals → Permission Requests for the full list

Why This Matters

Managers can see outstanding work without opening every module. Front desk can see that a wallet request is still waiting.

Workflow — Find Outstanding Requests

  1. Open Dashboard.
  2. Under Needs attention, read Pending approvals.
  3. Open Approvals → Permission Requests.
  4. Click Pending.
  5. Review, then approve or reject.

Whether tapping Pending approvals opens Permission Requests is not confirmed. Use the sidebar if the card does not navigate.

After You Decide

Whether the dashboard count drops as soon as you approve or reject is not confirmed. Use Refresh on Approval Requests, then check the dashboard again.
