Move into the Class
Move a member from the waiting list into the class when a booked place is free — for example after a cancellation.
Automatic or Manual
The topic plan includes moving someone up from the waiting list when a spot opens.
Automatic promotion is not confirmed. Do not assume Fitnez Studio books the next waitlisted member for you. Until that is captured, treat this as a staff action.
Steps
Step 1 — Confirm a place is free
Check CAPACITY. The booked count should be below the maximum.
Step 2 — Open the waitlist
Open the class roster.
Step 3 — Move the member in
Select the person and use the move-into-class action if Fitnez Studio shows it. Assign a spot if the class uses a layout.
After Moving
The member should appear as booked, not waiting. Capacity booked count should increase. Whether they use a package credit at that moment is not confirmed.
