Locations
Locations are the physical sites your business operates — studios, branches, or other sites. Classes and training programs are attached to a location, so Fitnez Studio can keep each site’s offering in the right place.
What are Locations?
A location is one physical place where your business runs sessions. If you operate in more than one city or building, each site is a separate location.
For example, a business might have:
- London — London, United Kingdom
- Toronto — Ontario, Canada
Each location has a name and a place label so staff can tell sites apart.
A location is a physical site. It is not the same as a layout, which is the floor plan of spots inside a space.
Where to Find Locations
Locations are managed from the header of the Fitnez Studio dashboard, not from the left-hand menu.
Look at the top-right of the screen for the map pin and the name of the location you are currently using. Click that name to open SELECT LOCATION.
On this menu you can:
- See the locations available to your business
- See which location is currently selected (a checkmark appears next to it)
- Switch to another location
- Start adding a new location
What You Can Do
From the location selector you can:
- Switch between your locations
- See the name and place of each location
- Add a new location
How It Works
- Open the location name in the header.
- Review the list under SELECT LOCATION.
- Click a location to switch to it, or click + Add New Location to create another site.
The helper text on the menu is Switch between your locations. Use this when you need to work in a different studio or branch.
Important Information
- The current location is always shown in the header, next to the map pin.
- Each location in the list shows a name and a place label underneath (for example, London and London, United Kingdom).
- + Add New Location is at the bottom of the same menu.

Frequently Asked Questions
Where is Locations in the left-hand menu?
It is not in the left-hand menu. Open the location name in the top-right header.
How do I know which location I am using?
The header shows the current location name. In the SELECT LOCATION list, that same location has a checkmark.
Can my business have more than one location?
Yes. Add each studio, branch, or site as its own location, then switch between them from the header.
