Operations Reports

The help topic plan includes booking analytics: number of bookings, confirmed versus cancelled, waiting-list activity, and attendance.

Finance → Sales Analytics does not show those charts on the screenshots we have. This page stays in the help centre so the topic is listed. It will be filled in when a booking-analytics screenshot is added.

Until then, use the live booking screens:

What you needWhere to look
Current reservationsAll Bookings — Confirmed / Cancelled
Sessions on a dayDashboard Classes — see Open a Class from the Dashboard
WaitlistWaiting List and Dashboard On Waitlist
Check-in count for a dayDashboard Check-ins Today

A booking is not the same as attendance. See Class Attendance and Occupancy.

Screenshot to add: booking analytics on Sales Analytics (or another report page), with date range and the metrics the product actually shows.

Class Attendance and Occupancy

Attendance means the member was Checked In. A Booking only means they reserved a place.

Occupancy is how full a class is compared with capacity. The help topic plan uses booked (or attended) members divided by capacity. Sales Analytics does not show that formula on the current screenshots.

What is confirmed on other screens:

Example (not from Analytics): if capacity is 20 and 16 are booked, occupancy would be 80% if the product used booked ÷ capacity. Do not use that number as a Sales Analytics figure until the report exists.

Finding Busy Time Slots

There is no occupancy-by-time-slot chart on Sales Analytics yet. To see what ran on a day:

  1. Open Dashboard and pick the date.
  2. Read Classes (for example Lifting at 6:00 AM).
  3. Click the class or View all >.
  4. Use Class Management and the Trainer Timetable for the week.

Screenshot to add: class attendance or occupancy on Analytics, including any % and date range.

Trainer Timetable Statistics

The help topic plan includes trainer statistics: teaching hours, number of classes, and attendance per trainer.

Sales Analytics does not show those metrics on the captured screens. This page stays listed. It will be updated when a trainer-stats screenshot is added.

Until then, scheduled sessions are on Trainer Timetable and Classes. Dashboard Classes can show trainer John Doe on Lifting (60 min).

Scheduled time is not the same as members attending. Check-in is a separate action. See Class Attendance and Occupancy.

How to Review a Trainer’s Sessions (Until an Analytics Card Exists)

Step 1 — Open Classes or the Timetable

Training → Classes, or Trainer Timetable.

Step 2 — Pick the Dates

Use the class date filters or calendar.

Step 3 — Find the Trainer

Read trainer name on each class. Summed “hours taught” is not on Sales Analytics.

Do not treat this as a staff performance review. It is only how to find scheduled sessions.

Screenshot to add: trainer statistics on Analytics (hours, class count, date range).
