How Images Are Stored & Reused
FITNEZ STUDIO does not show a central media library where staff pick one file for many records. Each captured flow attaches an image to one place.
What the Product Appears to Use

Replacing an Image Elsewhere
Replacing the banner on September Fitness Challenge does not automatically change:
- A different event’s banner
- A badge icon
- The website theme preview
- A training program image
Replacing Company Logo in Email Header & Footer does update all templates that use that global header — that is the one shared branding surface confirmed today.
Changing the website theme is separate from email logo upload. Website logo fields are not captured. Do not assume website and email share one upload.
Removing an Image
Removing an email logo or banner clears that slot in HEADER PREVIEW after save. Whether the file is deleted from storage is not shown.
Removing a badge icon with X before save is not fully captured. Deleting the whole badge is a separate action with This can’t be undone.
