Fitnez Studio Help Center

Welcome. This help center explains how to use Fitnez Studio to set up your studio, manage members, and run day-to-day operations.

Start with Getting Started if you are new to the dashboard. Use Team Members to add staff and control access. Use Clients for members who train at your studio. Use Training Programs for the types of training you offer. Use Classes for sessions and repeating schedules. Use Bookings for reservations, the waiting list, and check-in. Use Packages for memberships, class packs, prices, and discounts. Use Sales & Payments for transactions, invoices, wallets, and the payment gateway. Use Approval Requests when staff need a manager to allow a change they cannot make themselves. Use Events for special activities, challenges, rewards, and badges. Use Notifications for automated member emails and templates. Use Website & Branding for the public gym page, logos, and theme. Use Media & Images for uploads across programs, events, badges, and emails. Use Settings for business-wide booking, class, payment, and notification rules. Use Activity Feed for Recent Activity on the Dashboard (package and wallet events). Use Reports & Analytics for Sales Analytics totals and charts. Use Account & Profile to sign in, update your own details and photo, understand your role, switch location, and manage your password. Use Reference for short FAQ and troubleshooting answers. Use Locations when your business operates more than one studio, branch, or site.

We are adding guides one module at a time. Getting Started, Locations, Team Members, Clients, Training Programs, Classes, Bookings, Packages, Sales & Payments, Approval Requests, Events, Notifications, Website & Branding, Media & Images, Settings, Activity Feed, Reports & Analytics, Account & Profile, and Reference are available now. More sections will appear in the sidebar as they are written.

Getting Started

Learn what Fitnez Studio is, how to find your way around the dashboard, and what to set up first.

Team Members

Staff accounts, roles, and how access is granted or removed.

Clients

The member database on the Clients page — profiles, search, status, groups, and related records.

Training Programs

The types of training you offer, how they differ from classes, and studio layouts for bookable spots.

Classes

Individual class sessions, statuses, and repeating schedules.

Bookings

Reservations, waiting list, spots, check-in, and booking rules.

Packages

Memberships, class packs, pricing, discounts, and packages a member holds.

Sales & Payments

Transactions, purchases, invoices, member wallets, refunds, and the payment gateway.

Approval Requests

Requests raised by staff who cannot complete a change themselves. Managers review them under Approvals → Permission Requests.

Events

Special gym activities, challenges, rewards, and badges under Studio → Manage Events.

Notifications

Automated member emails, templates, and notification settings.

Website & Branding

Public gym website, logos, colours, theme, hours, policies, and invoice document settings.

Media & Images

Upload and manage images for training programs, events, badges, emails, and branding — using only fields confirmed on screen.

Settings

Business-wide rules for booking, classes, payments, attendance, and notifications. Full articles are added after Settings screenshots are captured.

Activity Feed

A timeline of package and wallet events on the Dashboard (Recent Activity). There is no separate Activity Feed page.

Reports & Analytics

Sales figures on Finance → Sales Analytics — revenue, packages sold, wallet recharges, top buyers, and top packages.

Account & Profile

Your signed-in staff account: sign in and out, User profile, photo, role, location, and password.

Reference

Short FAQ and troubleshooting answers, a glossary, and Help Center release notes. These are documentation pages only — not screens in Fitnez Studio.

Locations

Locations are the physical sites your business operates. You switch between them from the header and add new ones from the same menu.
