Media & Images

Images help members and staff recognise Strength Training, September Fitness Challenge, Consistency Champion, and your studio brand at a glance. FITNEZ STUDIO uses file uploads in several places — not one shared media library for everything.

The workflow that repeats across confirmed screens is:

Choose Image → Upload → Preview (and crop if shown) → Save → Image appears on that record

Admin-Side vs Member-Facing

Admin-side uploads happen while staff edit a program, event, badge, or email header.

Member-facing results depend on the feature: event banners appear on the Events list; email images appear in previews. This help centre does not yet document every member app or public website placement.

Why Good Images Matter

Clear photos help Daniel Murphy at the front desk point members to the right class or challenge. Consistent artwork across programs and events makes the studio look professional on desktop and mobile.

This module documents only upload fields and controls that appear on captured screenshots. Where a location has no screenshot, the page says so and does not invent file limits or ratios.
