Uploading an Image From Your Computer
Staff upload images from the computer when creating or editing a record that has an image field — for example Sophie Bennett adding artwork for Beginner Strength Program in Dublin.
General Workflow
Open the record → Find the image field → Upload or browse → Preview (and adjust if shown) → Save
Step 1 — Open the relevant item
Examples:
- Training → Training Programs → open a program
- Studio → Manage Events → Event → Edit Event
- Studio → Manage Events → Badges → + Create Badge
- Studio → Notification → Email Notification → Edit Header & Footer
Step 2 — Locate the image field
Labels vary: Update Program Image, Event Banner, Icon, Company Logo, Banner Image.
Step 3 — Select a file

No captured screen shows pasting a file path or typing a URL. See Using an Online Image.
Step 4 — Wait for upload and preview
After selection, Fitnez Studio shows a preview. Program and event flows add zoom and reposition it inside the frame.
Step 5 — Adjust if controls appear

The empty Update Program Image modal does not show these until a file is added. Instruction text says reposition happens inside the frame after upload.
Step 6 — Save

Cancel or X closes without saving on these modals.
Step 7 — Verify
Check the list or preview: event BANNER column, badge icon on All Badges, HEADER PREVIEW for emails.
Supported Formats and Limits
Only document what the UI states:

Do not assume the 5MB / JPG / PNG / WEBP rule applies everywhere. Use the text on the modal you are on.
Cropping, Resizing, and Validation
- Cropping: Event banners use an in-frame crop with a visible grid. Program uploads promise reposition inside the frame after upload.
- Automatic resizing: Not described on screen.
- Validation: Invalid files likely keep Add image disabled on the program modal; exact error messages are not captured.
