Limits & Troubleshooting
Recent Activity is a short list on the Dashboard. It is not a complete log of every action in FITNEZ STUDIO.
Treat Recent Activity as the studio timeline on the home screen — not as a developer log, and not as a replacement for All Bookings or Transactions.
Not on the Captured List
- Booking created, confirmed, or cancelled
- Waitlist joined, removed, or promoted
- Check-in
- Check-out (that action does not exist)
- Opening pages or failed saves
- Editing or deleting activity rows (there is no such control)
Not a Separate Module
There is no Activity Feed item in the sidebar. If you need class details, use the Classes block on the Dashboard or Training → Classes.

When Numbers Do Not Match
Use Recent Activity for package sold, validity, and wallet credit/debit. Use other screens for bookings and class counts.
Wallet Looks Wrong
- Open the member Wallet.
- On Dashboard, look for Wallet Credited or Wallet Debited.
- Check Approval Requests if it was a Wallet Credits request.
Package Sessions or Expiry Look Wrong
- Open Packages on a Member.
- On Dashboard, look for Package Sold or Package Validity Updated.
- Session adjustments that are not on Recent Activity may only exist on the member package screens.
Class or Booking Count Looks Wrong
Recent Activity does not list bookings on the current screenshots.
- Change the Dashboard date and read Classes Today and the Classes list.
- Click the class or View all >. See Open a Class from the Dashboard.
- Open All Bookings for Confirmed / Cancelled.
Recent Activity cannot explain a change that never appeared there — for example a booking cancel that only shows on All Bookings.

What is Emma’s wallet now? — wallet on the client.
Who is named on a wallet event? — Recent Activity.
Is she booked on Lifting? — All Bookings or the class page.
Did a payment succeed? — Transactions.
Who Can See the Activity Feed
Staff who can open Dashboard see Recent Activity on that page.
Whether every Role can open Dashboard, or whether some wallet rows are hidden, is not shown on these screenshots.
Rows have no edit and no delete. Treat them as history.
Restricted wallet credits still go through Approval Requests. That list is separate from Recent Activity.
