Glossary of Terms
Definitions match this Help Center. They are not extra screens in the dashboard.
Account
The signed-in staff user. Open User profile from the header photo. See Account & Profile.
Activity Feed
Recent Activity on the Dashboard. Confirmed titles: Package Sold, Package Validity Updated, Wallet Debited, Wallet Credited. There is no separate Activity Feed sidebar item. See Activity Feed.
Approval Request
A request on Approvals → Permission Requests when staff cannot complete a change themselves. The captured list shows Wallet Credits. See Approval Requests.
Attendance
The member was checked in. A booking is not attendance.
Booking
A member’s reservation for one class. On All Bookings, status can be Confirmed or Cancelled. See Bookings.
Challenge
An event where members work toward conditions or targets. See Events and Challenge Conditions.
Class
A scheduled session members can book. List statuses include Upcoming, Draft, and Past. See Classes.
Credit
A session on a package — one class the held package still allows. Not wallet money. See Bookings & Package Credits.
Event
A member engagement activity under Studio → Manage Events. See Events.
Invoice
The document for a sale. Download from the transaction when the product shows that action. See Downloading an Invoice.
Occupancy
How full a class is compared with CAPACITY (booked versus maximum, such as 0/4). Occupancy is not a Sales Analytics chart on current screenshots. See Class Attendance and Occupancy.
Package
A sellable offer on Training → Packages (membership, class pack, sessions). A held package is what one member currently has. See Packages.
Payment Gateway
The service for online payments. See Payment Gateway.
Permission
An action key attached to a role, such as booking.view. See Checking What You Are Allowed to Do.
Revenue
On Sales Analytics, Total Revenue includes both package sales and wallet recharges. See Reports & Analytics.
Role
Named access for a staff user. Header example: ADMIN. Members badges: Admin, Staff, Trainer. See Roles.
Transaction
One payment attempt under Finance → Transactions. See The Sales Ledger.
Waiting List
Members waiting for a place when CAPACITY is full, limited by WAITLIST CAP. See Waiting List.
Wallet
Monetary balance on the member — credited or debited. Not package sessions.
Wallet Versus Package Credits

Wallet balance and package credits are different things.

Booking Versus Attendance
