Packages on a Member
A package on a member is a copy of an offer that person holds — remaining sessions and validity for that person. The catalogue on Training → Packages is what you sell. This section is the package after it is assigned or bought.
Members are listed under People → Clients. See Clients and Client Packages.
Catalogue versus Held Package

| Package on a member | What Olivia Bennett currently holds — remaining sessions and expiry |
Example: ELITE on the catalogue has 10 Sessions and 30d Validity. After assignment, staff need to see how many sessions Olivia Bennett still has, and when her package ends.
There is no screenshot of packages on a member. Client Detail currently shows contact details, groups, and status only. These pages follow the topic plan and stop where the UI is unconfirmed.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is assigning a package the same as creating one?
No. Creating is on Training → Packages. Assigning gives that offer to one member.
Where do I see remaining sessions?
On the member’s held packages, when that screen is available. See View Packages a Member Holds.
