Using an Image That Is Already Online
Some products let staff paste a link such as https://example.com/images/strength-class.jpg instead of uploading a file. FITNEZ STUDIO upload screens in this help centre do not show that option.
What the Screenshots Show
Every captured image control uses local file upload:
| Screen | Input type |
|---|---|
| Update Program Image | Drag & drop an image here, Browse files |
| Update Event Banner | File upload with Choose another |
| Badge Icon | File upload with View / Replace |
| Email Company Logo / Banner Image | Upload areas with Replace |
There is no Image URL field, no External URL field, and no media library picker on these captures.
Supported Alternative
Use Upload From Your Computer:
- Download or export the image you need (if you only have an online copy).
- Open the record in FITNEZ STUDIO.
- Upload the file with Browse files or drag and drop.
- Preview, adjust, and save.
If External URLs Were Supported (Not Confirmed)
The topic plan would cover paste URL → preview → save → what happens if the link breaks. That workflow is not documented because the UI does not show it.
Do not paste image URLs into text fields such as Company Name or event descriptions expecting them to render as images. Only use dedicated image upload controls when they appear on your screen.
