Class Attendance and Occupancy
Attendance means the member was checked in. A booking only means they reserved a place.
Occupancy is how full a class is compared with capacity. The help topic plan uses booked (or attended) members divided by capacity. Sales Analytics does not show that formula on the current screenshots.
What is confirmed on other screens:
- CAPACITY such as 0/4 on Class Management and Dashboard Classes (Lifting, Completed, 0/4)
- Check-ins Today on the Dashboard
Example (not from Analytics): if capacity is 20 and 16 are booked, occupancy would be 80% if the product used booked ÷ capacity. Do not use that number as a Sales Analytics figure until the report exists.
Finding busy time slots
There is no occupancy-by-time-slot chart on Sales Analytics yet. To see what ran on a day:
- Open Dashboard and pick the date.
- Read Classes (for example Lifting at 6:00 AM).
- Click the class or View all >.
- Use Class Management and the trainer timetable for the week.
