How Sessions Were Used
Use this to see how a member’s sessions were consumed — which classes used a credit from the held package.
Example: Olivia Bennett holds ELITE with 10 Sessions. This view should show which of those sessions have been used.
A booking can use a session when the class shows a PACKAGE badge. When the credit is taken (at book, at check-in, or after the class) is not confirmed. See Bookings & Package Credits.
Where to Look
The topic plan: track how a member’s sessions were used.
That may appear on the member’s held package, on booking history, or on another activity view.
There is no screenshot of session usage. This guide does not list columns, dates, class names, or whether cancelled bookings return a session.
What You Should Look For
When that screen is available, look for:
- Remaining versus used sessions
- The class that used a session
- The date of use
Client booking history is a related record. It is not confirmed as the same view as package session usage.
