Adjust Remaining Sessions
Adjust remaining sessions when a member’s held package should have more or fewer classes left — for example adding two sessions for Olivia Bennett, or removing a session given in error.
This changes the member’s package, not the catalogue session count on Training → Packages.
Steps
Step 1 — Open the member’s package
Open packages the member holds.
Step 2 — Add or remove sessions
Use the action Fitnez Studio shows to increase or decrease remaining sessions.
There is no screenshot of adjusting sessions. This guide does not describe the control, a reason field, or whether the change needs manager approval.
Step 3 — Save
Save so the remaining count updates.
After Saving
The member’s remaining sessions should match the new number. How this interacts with existing bookings is not confirmed.
Do not assume adding sessions also extends validity. Those are separate topic-plan actions.
