Package-Based Challenges
A Package Challenge rewards members for purchasing packages. It is not a Booking Challenge.
On the Challenge step, Challenge Type Package Challenge is described as: Reward participants for purchasing packages.
Buying a package is a sales action. Booking a class is a different challenge type.
Package Challenge is visible as a type card. The fields after you select it (any package vs a specific package, target, extra dates) are not in the current screenshot. Screenshot to add: Challenge step with Package Challenge selected.
What a Package-Based Challenge Means
Members progress by purchasing an eligible package during the challenge window from Basics (Start Date–End Date). Rewards are attached on the Rewards step. Automatic awarding is not confirmed.
Examples
Set Challenge Type to Package Challenge, then complete whatever package fields Fitnez Studio shows.
Any package
Purchase any eligible package during September.
Specific package
Purchase the 10-Class Strength Package before 30 September.
Example campaign:
Package Starter Challenge — Purchase the 10-Class Strength Package before September 30 and receive 100 QAR wallet credit.
Create that credit first on Creating a Wallet-Credit Reward, then attach it.
Whether refunds, failed payments, or approval requests still count is not shown. See Sales & Payments.
