PackagesPackages on a MemberExtend or Shorten Validity

Extend or Shorten Validity

Change validity when a member’s held package should last longer or end sooner — for example extending James Wilson’s Peak Fit after a studio closure, or shortening a trial.

On the catalogue, validity looks like 30d Validity, 7d Validity, or 1d Validity. This page is about the end date on one member, not the default on the offer.

Steps

Step 1 — Open the member’s package

Open packages the member holds.

Step 2 — Change the end date or duration

Extend or shorten using the control Fitnez Studio shows.

There is no screenshot of changing validity on a member. This guide does not list the fields, or whether the catalogue default also changes.

Step 3 — Save

Save so the member’s expiry updates.

After Saving

The member’s package should show the new validity.

What happens to existing bookings when a package expires — they stay, they cancel, or credits are lost — is not confirmed. Check Fitnez Studio before you shorten validity on a package that already has bookings.

Do not assume changing validity also adjusts remaining sessions.
