Assign a Package to a Member
Assign a package when a member should hold an offer from the catalogue — for example selling Peak Fit to James Wilson, or giving FREE ONE TIME RIDE to Emma Carter.
This is not the same as creating a package. Create first on Training → Packages. Assign when that offer should sit on one member.
Before You Start
- The package should be Active on the catalogue if it is for sale. See Package Statuses.
- The member should exist under People → Clients. See Add a Client.
- Know which pricing option to use, if the package has more than one price.
Steps
Step 1 — Open the member or the package
The topic plan: sell or assign a package to a member. That may start from Client Profile or from Training → Packages.
Step 2 — Choose the package
Select the catalogue offer, such as ELITE.
Step 3 — Complete assignment
Use the action Fitnez Studio shows — assign, sell, or the equivalent label.
There is no screenshot of assigning a package. This guide does not list payment, wallet, discount, or confirmation fields. For cash at the desk, see Recording a Cash Sale. Sales also appear under Finance → Transactions. See Sales & Payments.
Step 4 — Confirm the member holds it
Open packages the member holds and check the package name, remaining sessions, and validity.
After Assigning
The member should hold the package with its session count and validity. How bookings then use those sessions is not confirmed.
Which assignments need manager approval is not confirmed.
